EMS Portal: Basic comes pre-loaded with the basic and most common configuration settings. For much of the primary information you’ll bring in (such as employee lists and assets), we provide load sheets with columns for each of the data elements. For the rest of the system, we provide intuitive interfaces for you to quickly input any remaining information.

No! The EMS Portal is based entirely in the cloud and as automatically adjusts it’s views to the device you’re using. The only software required is a modern browser to access it through the internet.

During implementation, you’ll have four weekly meetings where our staff will take you through each section of the portal. We’ll provide you recordings of those meetings that you can refer to or use to train the rest of your staff. In addition, we provide walkthroughs and tutorials for much for much of the portal.

The EMS Portal was designed to be intuitive and easy to use. Aside from our training materials, we have on-screen instructions for each section. And since there’s no special hardware to maintain, your staff can remain focused on what they do best!

The EMS Portal is designed to put the local admin in control of the majority of functionality and settings once launched. Weekly updates to the system continuously expose new configuration options and preferences.

We’ll have the initial version of your portal up and running after our first implementation meeting. From there we work through showing you the system and helping you make decisions on some of its configuration. Although each case is different, most of our customers are making full use of the system by the end of the first month.
